and imported to the USA in March 2006.

He has a superb elevated free moving trot and an extremely balanced natural canter.

He shows fantastic form over fences and has an exceptional willing attitude.

As a youngster he was shown lightly in hand in future competition horse classes
and WON EVERY CLASS entered including:

Devon County Show - 1st in three year old competition horse.

Bath and West - 1st in three year old and Champion competition horse.

Kent County Show - 1st in three year old and Champion competition horse.

Burlyn's Good As Gold has exceptional talent for eventing or dressage
and will be starting his eventing career in the fall of 2006 in the USA.

His sire, Catherston Gold Storm, descends from Dutch Courage,
a World Bronze Medal dressage horse
and sire of Graded stallions and mares as well as international dressage horses,
show jumpers and eventers.
Dutch Courage was also himself an Intermediate Eventer and Grade C showjumper.
His dam, Catherston Lonely Breeze, was Champion Small Hack of The Year at Wembley
as well as winning at dressage and in the show ring as a broodmare.
Her sire, Xenocles, was a Grand Prix dressage horse and Advanced Eventer,
while her dam Desert Storm was also Champion Hack at the Horse of the Year Show
and was short listed for the Olympics as a Grand Prix dressage horse.
Catherston Gold Storm is also the sire of the
eventer Gold Rush who was second at Breda CCI*** in 2004
and won the Eventer's Grand Prix at Windsor International Three Day Event in 2005.

May through September of 2008.
